I went to Karelia Kitchen with a few friends' birthday. I had never tried Scandinavian food. Food was delicious and service was wonderful.

Dinner: Rainbow Trout Lapland
I ordered the Rainbow Trout Lapland (shallots, wine, cream, dill, parsley) julienne vegetable, dilled new potatoes. The wine and cream with dill was delicious. The trout was so well cooked, crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside.
This platter contained parsnip chips, trout, salmon, beets, jam, mustard and pickled grapes.
